Did you know: Most children with disabilities could benefit from therapeutic activities like horseback riding or swimming but their families can’t afford the cost.
Did you know: Many non-verbal children and adults can’t afford the technology needed to communicate with family, friends and peers.
Did you know: With your help, you can change this!
Your donation to FRIENDS of North Bay Regional Center can make an enormous difference in the life of a child or adult with a disability living in our community. FRIENDS is a young non-profit foundation created to fund requests for essential services and items that are not covered by other state, federal or local programs.
Every parent, grandparent, aunt and uncle, hopes the child in their family will grow up in a world full of friends and friendships, the chance to go to summer camp and participate in sports. A diagnosis of Autism or other developmental disability should not make these expectations impossible, but it often does. FRIENDS helps to make these and many other essential living experiences possible for all members of our community, including those with disabilities.
I am asking for your support of FRIENDS of North Bay Regional Center. Please donate this season and make a difference in someone’s life. Your donation is tax deductible and nearly every penny will go to meeting the needs of community members. Visit our website at www.friendsofnbrc.org for more information.
I would like to meet with you to answer any questions you may have and to tell you about our many success stories.
Sincerely,
Suzette Soviero
